Tivat Airport is the closest gateway to the Budva Riviera and the Bay of Kotor. The terminal is small and easy to navigate: arrivals and departures are adjacent, with quick access to parking and meeting points. Expect longer queues in peak season; allow extra time for passport control and baggage.

The fastest way is a taxi or a pre-booked transfer (5–10 minutes off-season; longer in summer). You can also rent a car directly at TIV. Typical times: Kotor 15–25 min, Budva 30–45 min (longer in peak season).
No direct bus from the terminal. Buses go to the Tivat bus station (about 15–25 minutes on foot from the airport). From there you can take a city or intercity bus.
