The Naval Heritage Collection in Porto Montenegro is a compact waterfront museum in Tivat, focused on the “Arsenal” shipyard/naval base and the Bay of Kotor’s maritime story. It occupies a restored 19th-century sawmill and extends outdoors with large naval exhibits.
