History
The factory began in 1957 in Caslano under the name Titlis, growing into a notable chocolate producer in Italian-speaking Switzerland.
The visitor route opened in 1991, adding an exhibition and an elevated corridor over the lines. Today the “Chocolate Experience” unites heritage content, process viewing and a sizable retail area.

Getting there: FLP S60 train Lugano–Ponte Tresa to Caslano (typically every 15 min, evenings/weekends 30 min), then ~9–10 min on foot; by car – parking at the entrance.

Visiting hours: Museum daily 09:00–17:00; shop daily 09:00–17:30; 24/31 Dec shop until 13:00; closed 25/26 Dec and 1 Jan.
